Congratulations to the 179 high school graduates of the Los Angeles County Department of Children & Family Services. The 24th Annual “Celebration 2013: Honoring the Academic Achievements of Foster Youth” took place on June 4 at the Walt Disney Concert Hall in downtown Los Angeles.
