Congregational Church of Christian Fellowship observes International Women’s Month on March 17, at 11 a.m., at 2085 S. Hobart Blvd., in Los Angeles, said Pastor James K. McKnight. The theme is “Steppin’ Out In Faith: Livin’ The Life God Designed.” Actress Meagan Good will be the guest speaker and 11 CCCF members will be honored. AME Community Lenten Caravan hosted by eight AME churches continues on March 20, at 7 p.m., at First AME – Pasadena, 1700 N. Raymond Ave., in Pasadena, said host Pastor Larry Campbell. Pastor John E. Cager II of Ward AME will preach. Four more services leading up to Resurrection Sunday will be held to provide spiritual renewal for believers and raise funds to assist local nonprofits. Crenshaw Christian Center plans “A Knight with Allen Crabbe” on March 20, at 6 p.m., at 7901 S. Vermont Ave., in Los Angeles, said Pastor Fred K. Price, Jr. The event includes the naming of the youth activity center court after Crabbe, an alumni of the Frederick K. C. Price School and current NBA player.
