Third John 1:2 says, Beloved, I wish above all things that thou may prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.

Friends, as it relates to our faith walk with God, we’re prospering. We’re doing well. Yet, while that is always a good thing, we should [also] be prospering in our physical bodies, as the scriptures point out.

If we are challenged in our health, we need to eradicate those infirmities by way of the Word of God and natural resources that the Lord has placed here in the earth to help us.

Mark 5:25-34 says, And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years, 26 And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse, 27 When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment.

28 For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole. 29 And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague. 30 And Jesus, immediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone out of him, turned him about in the press, and said, Who touched my clothes? 31 And his disciples said unto him, Thou seest the multitude thronging thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me? 32 And he looked round about to see her that had done this thing. 33 But the woman fearing and trembling, knowing what was done in her, came and fell down before him, and told him all the truth.

34 And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague.

This woman spent all that she had. We’re talking about money, friends. She went to many physicians. And nary could or would heal her. But all took her money. What’s more is that not only did she not get healed, but her condition, instead, worsened.

Y’all know anybody like that today? You know anybody who is struggling to pay mounting doctor bills as his (or her) health continues to deteriorate?

The good news, friends, is that, like the woman with the issue of blood, people today can be made whole again. In addition to prayer, which is the chief thing, the Lord gives us wisdom to research for ourselves the (natural) things the Lord has blessed us with on earth to bring about healing in our physical bodies.

Much of that, too, is a change in diet and exercising. Adding more alkaline-based food to one’s diet and the elimination of acidic-based food from it get one’s body’s pH balance where it needs to be, which restores optimal health.

A lot of times, when it comes to health scares, we don’t know what to do. One thing I believe in is people being more assertive about researching for themselves what alternative medicine has to offer. Folk should no longer accept as gospel what the pharmaceutical industry is saying about the best approaches to addressing sickness and disease.

At the end of the day, it’s your health, not the physicians’, that’s in jeopardy.

If you need help with the research, feel free to call me. I’ll gladly help you. Know that there absolutely is a cure for whatever challenges your health.
