“F. Lee was a warrior as a trial lawyer and became a good friend over the 18 months that we worked together defending OJ Simpson.  I loved his enthusiastic support for OJ’s innocence, and his tireless belief in his ability best represent him.  On a personal level, he took an interest in my personal development, and in making me a better lawyer.  I will miss him dearly.”

Attorney Carl Douglas is a civil rights lawyer specializing in police misconduct cases. He is best known for being one of the defense attorneys in the O. J. Simpson murder case, collectively dubbed the “Dream Team”.  He was the managing attorney at the Law Office of Johnnie Cochran Jr., before leaving the firm to start his own firm, The Douglas Law Group, in 1998. The latter firm is now known as Douglas / Hicks Law.
