About 2185 (We’re going to look back at Nimrod), here we go again trying to make sense of things of the past and things in the immediate present and near future near and far.
Who are our role models looking as far back as 2185 and here we are in 2023 more than approximately estimated around 4,000 years ago? An astonishing statement is made by Timothy describing what “kinds” of people we have seen and read about and will see and do see now.
Timothy says:, “But understand this: In the last days terrible times will come. Men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, without love of good, traitorous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. Turn away from such people (men, women and/or children) as these!”
2 Timothy 3:1-5 reads, “They are the kind who worm their way into households and captivate vulnerable women who are weighed down with sins and led astray by various passions, who are always learning but never able to come to a knowledge of the truth.”
Haven’t you met people such as these? They present themselves as highly intelligent and they are intelligent according to today’s value system; however, they have not come to the “wisdom saving truth.”
Then he cites the examples of the magicians who reportedly assisted the Hebrews who had come out of Egypt to mold the golden calf for worship and (2 Timothy 3:6-9). Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so also these men (those identified in verses 1-5) oppose the truth.
There is a continual thread which runs through the Bible warning against worshipping things, objects they build from such as wood and stone to worship and idolize, making them by using “artificial intelligence” (lies) to attempt to bring Elohim down in character and assassinate His deity. These persons are depraved in mind (wholly deceived by the chief imitator, satan) and disqualified from the faith.
But they will not advance much further. For just like Jannes and Jambres, (the magicians) their folly will be plain to everyone. Although, it says “will not advance much further,” don’t think that refers to a few years, because Almighty God doesn’t operate by a timeclock like man.
As “the Creator” He operates in His own divine realm and eternal timeframe according to His own liking. A day to Him may be a thousand years. We don’t know the day or the hour when our Lord will return to take His believers back with Him to be raptured into our heavenly home to spend an eternity. He will come back whenever He chooses. The angels in heaven don’t even know.
These magicians are perfect examples of “artificial intelligence.” Why? When the golden calf was molded, it was an artificial image, an imitation of an animal which was created by our Creator.
No one as yet and will never be able to start from scratch and speak into existence all creation as Jehovah has done. There can be no replication of the creative work of Almighty God, “The Great I AM.”
Even when the unholy trinity – the antichrist, dragon and false prophet – gang up on Almighty God, they don’t have a chance against Him. He takes them all down. They go into perdition, the lake of fire and the bottomless pit of darkness.
Isaiah asks 63:1, about the invincible conquering power of the Messiah: “Who is this travelling in mighty vengeance? He responds, It is I. So, when His time comes to defeat “the great harlot” the worldwide rebellious systems (political and religious), He will do that in His own time.
He wants everyone to repent and accept His Son Jesus Christ to keep from being among the “unaccepted” and “the left behind.” Yes. It’s real my dear friends, readers. Catch the wave of the “new incoming revival to come.”
Come now while there is still time. It’s your chance and your future. Regardless of what state you are in now; whether you are practicing sin and you want to get out from under the pressure that long- and short-term sin brings.
It doesn’t matter what you are doing. It doesn’t matter what sin you are practicing. It doesn’t matter where you are. It doesn’t matter who you are with. Be strong. Believe. Change now before it is too late.
Jesus loves you and I do too. Jesus’ arm is not too short to save now! He is calling for you. Please don’t ignore Him or pass Him by.
