African American Board Leadership Institute Class #6 alumnus Maxwell Sinclair, executive vice president and chief compliance officer, Pacific Mercantile Bank, was elected to the board of directors of The Wiley Center for Speech and Language Development. The primary purpose of The Wiley Center is to provide comprehensive treatment and services to children and their families diagnosed with ASD and other special needs regardless of income. The Center’s goal is to close the gap on the disparity in the provision of services offered to children from low income families.
