Gospel artist Beau Williams returns to Los Angeles on Sunday, August 11, at 5 p.m., for the Summer Fresh Fest 2024 presented by Growing Roots Music Group and Smith & SOJ.
The musical event will be held at Mount Pilgrim Cathedral, located at 400 S. Santa Fe Ave., in Compton. Bishop R.D. Sanders is the host pastor.
Harold T. Turrentine will host the concert. Other artist scheduled to perform are Warrior Mime of Los Angeles, Men of Prayze of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and Rohn & Reborn of Atlanta, Georgia.

Headliner Beau Williams hails from Houston, Texas. Many people remember him from his 1984 appearance on Star Search where he defeated 13-time reigning champion Sam Harris. According to the organizers, Williams has had a long and successful career charting and winning awards. His most recent release, “God Kept Me,” is a smooth quartet groove featuring The Hamiltones.
