Marlton Square got back on track in 2012 and will soon become a bustling center for many in the community.
The once defunct Marlton Square, which spent years in developmental hell, gained new life this year. Thanks to Councilmember Bernard Parks and community partners, businesses and organizations, Marlton Square’s revival was truly realized. In addition the large area with the recently-built senior citizens complex, Kaiser Permanente Medical Facility will soon call Marlton Square home. It will also offer other businesses that will not only enhance the aesthetic flavor of the area but also add financial value to the real estate there and in the surrounding areas. Soon, children will be able to play in a clean and environment-friendly atmosphere, and families can shop and socialize in a safe and secure environment.
