On the heels of the 25th Anniversary of the LA Riots, City Lites takes pride in strengthening cultural ties between the Korean, Latino, and African American communities. Taking place at Jesse Owens Park, the day begins with a Mini-Marathon that consists of a 5k Walk & Roll, and a 23-mile Bicycle & Longboarding Tour. Following the Mini-Marathon, participants are invited to enjoy a free outdoor health festival that includes a vast Health Pavilion, Youth Village, Young Parents Village, Multiple Entertainment Stages, Healthy Food Options, Event Vendors and Community Resources. This event will take place at Jesse Owens Park located at 9651 So.
