The World Stage Celebrates Opening Newly Designed Space

A special performance by the Bobby West Trio, featuring West on piano, James Leary on bass, and Roy McCurdy on drums to inaugurate the redesigned The World Stage, 4321 Degnan Blvd, Leimert Park, Los Angeles 90008 on Friday, January 17, 2020 @ 9 PM (1st set) and 10:15 PM (2nd Set). The World Stage is dedicated to bringing music to the Los Angeles community; tickets to performances range from $20-$25 and are available here.

The World Stage is a legendary performance and educational space in Leimert Park Village, the heart of Los Angeles’ African American cultural community, consistently presenting world class talent and providing inspiration to artists as diverse as Kendrick Lamar and the Doors’ John Densmore.
