The XFL today announced that Bob Stoops, the winningest head coach in University of Oklahoma history, has been named head coach and general manager of the XFL team in Dallas. “We’re incredibly excited to have an individual as accomplished as Bob Stoops join the XFL family,” said Oliver Luck, XFL Commissioner & CEO. “Bob’s achievements at Oklahoma are legendary, and he’s the perfect person to lead our team in Dallas.
