Enthusiasm and excitement are second nature to Father Anthony Bozeman. He describes himself as “on fire with the gift of the Holy Spirit” and he intends to apply that energy as the new pastor of the Church of the Transfiguration in L.A.’s Leimert Park. Transfiguration Catholic School Celebrates New Renovations

Transfiguration Catholic School held a grand opening on Aug. 16, to show off the newly renovated campus and a big crowd came out for the occasion. Thanks to a major donation by Shea Family Charities, the school now boasts new doors, windows and floors. Also, a new playground and benches will be installed soon. “It was so rewarding and such a blessing to see this project come to fruition,” said Principal Evelyn Rickenbacker, the chief administrator of the 225-student body.
