Joe Biden swept to victory in Florida, Illinois and Arizona on Tuesday, increasingly pulling away with a Democratic presidential primary upended by the coronavirus and building pressure on Bernie Sanders to abandon his campaign.
The win was a big boost for Biden, who had already grabbed wins in 10 of the 14 states that voted on Super Tuesday on March 3.

The top three leaders in delegate totals are now Sanders, 28, Buttigieg 22, and Warren 8.
Early voting in California’s primary will overlap with the traditional early nominating contests in Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada and South Carolina. That could force the sprawling field of Democrats to navigate those states as well as California’s notoriously complex landscape, where campaigning is done through paid political ads.
The race to becoming the next President of the United States is becoming more and more narrow as candidates drop like flies in the poll percentages, according to some of polls from Super Tuesday. As of press time, Democrat Hillary Clinton and Republican Donald Trump swept the South on Super Tuesday becoming the front-runners in states–Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama and Virginia.
