New Mt. Calvary celebrates Legacy Brunch and Founder’s Day

The excitement is building as New Mount Calvary Missionary Baptist Church (NMC) prepares for Legacy Weekend 2015. In addition to Founder’s Day on Sunday, August 16, New Mt. Calvary will host the Inaugural Dr. Lonnie Dawson Legacy Brunch on Saturday, August 15, at 10 a.m. at The Grand Event Center in Long Beach. The event will salute the legacy of the late Rev. Dr. Lonnie Dawson, NMC founding pastor, celebrate the continuing labor of his wife, First Lady Emeritus Mamie P.
