CMEs Hold Southern California Region Mid-Winter Council

Bishop Bobby R. Best, presiding prelate of the CME Ninth Episcopal District, will convene the Southern California Region Mid-Winter Council on Friday, December 13, 2019 at Phillip’s Temple CME Church, 973 E. 43rd St. in Los Angeles.
