Catherine Davis Marks 100 Years

Catherine Davis of Los Angeles celebrated her 100th birthday on January 11. Born in Daingerfield, TX, Ms. Davis became a resident of the City of Angels in July 1956. She worked until she was 91 years of age for the Schoenfeld family of Beverly Hills. Festivities began with a reception at Ms. Davis’ home. Relatives came from Texas and New Mexico as well as various places in Southern California. Also, Councilman Curren D. Price sent a certificate on behalf of the city of Los Angeles.
