Hundreds emerged to pay homage to the memory of Apostle Frederick K.C. Price, founder of South Los Angeles’ Crenshaw Christian Center.  The public viewing, held on March 4 and 5, was both somber and celebratory as mourners from across the county and the nation participated in a protocol-enforced observance. Memorial Service Set for LoRetta Malone

Los Angeles resident LoRetta Marlene Malone passed on October 25, at the age of 78. Her strong will to live, her unwavering faith in God, and the love and prayers of family and friends sustained her through her valiant fight with cancer. Even through some of her most difficult treatments, she strove to attend church, her sorority meetings, and community activities in her endeavor to live as normal and independent a life as she could.
