A mosaic pictorial reflects the heartfelt farewells, as family members, the L.A. firefighter fraternity, and the greater Los Angeles community, celebrated the life of LAFD Battalion Chief, Jerome Boyd Sr.. From the accounts of his adolescents, college and pro football career, to his decorated career as a firefighter, and devoted family member, LAFD lead a service that honored the life of a firefighter fallen too soon in the line duty but lifted in memory by the admiration of his peers and loved ones.
