Dear God Almighty, During these times of sickness and death, we beseech Thy intercession. Many people are being inflicted with the coronavirus worldwide at this time. May Thy Holy Shield of Protection be all around us and throughout the earth. Let not this deadly virus take over the people and the country. Protect all people that have encountered this virus. Those who are sick from such virus, may they receive Thy healing grace that is needed for their body, mind, and spirit. Let not the enemy be victorious over us. You are our Sovereign Lord, who has the Sword of Justice and the Armor of Protection

Eagle Wings of Enlightenment Center Marks 34th Anniversary

Eagle Wings of Enlightenment Center, a South Los Angeles nonprofit dedicated to peace and non-violence, celebrated its 34th Anniversary on Sept. 26. A capacity crowd turned out for the event held at The Proud Bird Restaurant and centered on theme, “Honoring the Indigenous Way of Life.”   Entertainment included Japanese drumming, African drumming,  an Aztec dance ceremony,  a Maori Haka warrior dance and Native flute music. Eagle Wings of Enlightenment Center Celebrates 32nd Year

  Eagle Wings of Enlightenment Center (EWEC), a L.A.-based organization dedicated to world peace, non-violence and uplifting consciousness, will celebrate its 32nd anniversary on September 26, at 6 p.m., at its facility located at 1439 W. 99th St., in Los Angeles. The public is invited to attend the celebration, which will feature performances by nationally known gospel singer Tony Lawson and producer and singer/songwriter Zuri. Eagle Wings of Enlightenment Center Conducts Peace Mission to Africa

L.A. ministry adopts Tanzania village and donates cows, medical and school supplies Eagle Wings of Enlightenment Center (EWEC), a Los Angeles-based ministry dedicated to world peace, nonviolence and uplifting consciousness, made a significant impact during its recent mission to Africa. As part of its world peace mission, EWEC members traveled to Tanzania last month where they officially adopted the Oldadai village as well as offered prayers and donated funding, cows, medical supplies and school materials. The village is comprised of 6,000 residents are mainly farmers whose income have been impacted by lack of rain. The trip marked the fourth visit to
