On Tuesday, Oct. 29, the Taste of Soul organizers invited over 300 festival vendors to a special appreciation reception at The Beehive in South L.A, CA, sponsored by Wells Fargo, thanking them for their entrepreneurial spirit and economic contribution to the festival.
Watts-Willowbrook Church of Christ, known as “The Brook,” located at 13204 Mona Blvd. in Compton, in collaboration with RE-volv and California Interfaith Power & Light (CIPL), celebrated the commissioning of their new 12-kW rooftop solar and upcoming battery storage installation on Saturday, June 29.
On June 12, Local Initiatives Support Corporation Los Angeles (LISC LA) hosted “The Art of Resilience,” an exclusive power lunch and networking event at Hotel Indigo in downtown Los Angeles.
The Taste of Soul Vendor Appreciation Reception sponsored by Wells Fargo was held on Oct. 20 on the Macy’s Bridge at the Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza.
