Mayor Garcetti, WRD, and LADWP Enter into Agreement to Secure Sustainable Water Independence

The Water Replenishment District (WRD) has entered into a cooperative agreement with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) to create the Joint Los Angeles Basin Replenishment and Extraction Master Plan (Master Plan).
