Congresswoman Karen Bass joined James Fugate, owner of Eso Won Books, at recent book buy event led by Bass, who is also leading the race to become the next mayor of Los Angeles.
Former ballerina, Judy Tyrus, visited Los Angeles to promote her book, “DANCE THEATRE OF HARLEM: A HISTORY, A MOVEMENT, A CELEBRATION,” a book co-written by dancers, Tyrus and Paul Novosel, two longtime members of the dance company.
