Reverend Donald L. Wilson, associate minister of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, is ready to do God’s work as the new president of the Baptist Minister’s Conference.
“Going through pregnancy was really something that I wanted to share with other women with disabilities because a lot of people are told that they can’t, so I thought that was something really important,” said Mya Hendrix.
On Monday, November 27, Sunnyside 5 (SS5) Student Housing held their grand opening at Sunnyside Baptist Church in South Los Angeles. Sunnyside 5 is a new faith-inspired, non-profit project created to serve young people experiencing homelessness, who need supportive transitional housing.
The agenda will include worship services, business session and training workshops.
