After a yearlong celebration, Trinity Baptist Church plans to conclude their 100th anniversary observance with a gala banquet and closing worship service. According to Pastor Alvin Tunstill, Jr., the banquet takes place on Friday, November 10, at 7 p.m., at the Westin Los Angeles Hotel, 5400 W. Multiple events are planned this year as Trinity Baptist Church observes a century of Christian and community service in the city of Los Angeles. A Sunday School group of 15 children and 3 adults founded the ministry on November 11, 1917.
