The West Los Angeles College (WLAC) Wildcats men’s and women’s track and field teams had a successful season. The women’s 4x400m squad won the State Title. The entire women’s team won and the men’s team came in second in the 2023 Western States Conference (WSC) Championships.
In her first season of collegiate track competition, West L.A. track and field student athlete Angel Morris qualified for the state championship in the heptathlon.
The West Los Angeles College Wildcats men’s basketball team (27-3) lived by the three to defeat the East Los Angeles (ELAC) Huskies (25-5) 85-73 during round three of the Southern California Regional Playoffs.
