On Thursday, September 7, the Los Angeles Urban League and global, financial technology platform, Intuit Inc. (Nasdaq: INTU), launched the Intuit IDEAS (Invest, Develop, Empower, Accelerate, and Scale) program for Black and Brown small businesses in Los Angeles.
While it may be challenging to predict what exactly our path to economic recovery will look like, Black small businesses will play a significant role.
Because so many Black businesses are sole proprietorships, advocates also say they might be too busy trying to keep their head above water to stay informed about opportunities available to them.
