Facebook has been a blaze for Los Angeles users as news began to come out over the past several days regarding several fixtures of the KJLH brand that have been laid off. Greg Johnson a longtime KJLH employee and community jewel was one of the causalities. Big Pee Wee along with other employees were let go as well. Tammi Mac announced that Don Amiche would not be returning to the Mac and Amiche show on Tuesday August 8. It is unclear if she will return or for how long. Famed L.A. radio personality Cliff Winston died this week of an apparent heart attack, it was reported. Winston served as a funny man for KKBT The Beat in the 90s and subsequently program director for KJLH. No details were reported as of press time of any illness Winston may have had.
