BREAKING NEWS: 3 Males Killed, 4 Injured In Shooting At Torrance Bowling Alley
TORRANCE, Calif. (AP) — Three men were fatally shot late Friday and four injured when a brawl at a popular Los Angeles-area bowling alley and karaoke bar erupted into gunfire that had terrified patrons, some children, running for their lives. Police in the coastal city of Torrance responded shortly after midnight to calls of shots fired at the Gable House Bowl, which offers bowling, laser tag and an arcade. They found seven people with gunshot wounds. Three men were pronounced dead at the scene and two were taken to a hospital, Sgt. Ronald Harris said. Two other men were struck

NAACP Joins Ferguson Activist/Mother in Demanding Answers in Alleged Hanging Death of her Son
FERGUSON, MO —As the nation moves through the Holiday season, it’s been a brutal eight-weeks since that dreadful day when Ferguson-based activist Melissa McKinnies found her son Danye Jones hanging dead from a tree in her yard; eight weeks with no answer from the St. Louis County Medical Examiner’s Office regarding the cause of death. While reports from police say the death was reported as a “suicide,” McKinnies says no it was a “lynching.” She believes that she and other activists who have protested police brutality including the deaths of Michael Brown Jr., and Freddie Gray in Baltimore have been targeted and monitored

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – National civil rights and personal injury attorney Carl Douglas (Douglas/Hicks Law) is calling for a boycott of Walgreens (#BoycottWalgreens) stores after executives declined to temporarily remove armed guards from stores following the tragic fatal shooting death of a 21-year-old homeless man by an armed guard in their store. Jonathan Hart, who was also known as Sky Young, was fatally shot Dec. 2 inside a Walgreens store at Sunset Boulevard and Vine Street in Hollywood.
