Mar. 10 & 11 The 6th Annual Holi Festival of Colors in Los Angeles, CA will be on March 10 & 11 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, at Whittier Narrows Park, 750 S. Santa Anita Avenue, South El Monte. In 2017 we had 10,000 people, and in 2018 we are expecting around the same.
