SESAC Promotes Trevor Gale To Senior Vice President, Writer/Publisher Relations


SESAC, the nation’s fastest growing performing rights organization has announced the promotion of Trevor Gale to Senior Vice President, Writer/Publisher Relations. Formerly Vice President, Writer/Publisher Relations, Gale will be responsible for overseeing the entire SESAC Writer/Publisher Relations staff including the signing and development of songwriters and publishers in all musical genres including Pop, Urban, Country, Latina, Rock and Alternative. Gale will also continue to contribute creative strategies to SESAC’s overall business model.

Gale began his career with SESAC over 14 years ago after serving as chief executive officer of Gale Warnings Production Company in New York City, a full-service music production facility, for five years. He also has spent many years as an independent record producer, songwriter and drummer touring and recording with artists such as Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, Vanessa Williams and Run DMC. Based in SESAC’s New York offices, Gale has been responsible for the company’s dynamic growth including prestigious signings by such musical heavyweights as Bryan-Michael Cox, Bale’wa Muhammad, Omarion, Swizz Beatz, Jason Perry and Angela Hunte. Under his leadership, SESAC has realized its largest ever increase in urban repertory. Gale serves on the board of advisors of Music and Entertainment Industry Educators Association (MEIEA) and is an active member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences and the Black Rock Coalition. At NARAS, he is a member of the Board of Governors and an Alternate Trustee for New York and is an alumni of the Scarlett Leadership Institute at Belmont University.
