The digital, television, and radio ads in D.C. and in battleground states including Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, including on Black-owned media outlets and publications, emphasize Judge Jackson’s extensive qualifications and broad experience across the legal profession and urge her swift, bipartisan confirmation by the Senate.

Wesson Appoints Heather Hutt as 10th District Chief of Staff  

Herb Wesson knows his way through and around Los Angeles City Hall and on Monday, March 21, Councilman Wesson assumed his leadership role as the “interim” councilmember of the 10th District, replacing Mark Ridley-Thomas who was suspended by the Los Angeles City Council in October 2021 on federal bribery and embezzlement charges.

Mark Ridley-Thomas should encourage the plaintiff and his friends to drop this frivolous lawsuit and allow Herb Wesson to serve as the “Interim” Councilmember of the 10th District and let’s move forward on working for the people and not for individual glory and political gain.  Nobody could serve as the Interim Councilmember of 10th District better than Herb Wesson.
