The New Antioch Church of God in Christ will celebrate its Annual Men’s Day on Sunday, Sept. 8, with an emphasis on “The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and he delights in his way.” – Psalm 37:23

The celebrated theme of the annual service is “God’s Unlimited Power Makes Anything Possible” with a scripture reference of Ephesians 3:20. The chairman, Elder Maurice Walker, is committed to the mandate given by New Antioch founder, Bishop James A. Lewis, which challenges the men of the church to be, “Out front, on top, and in charge!”

Elder Erik Alvarez of New Antioch Church will be the keynote speaker during the 8 a.m. service. Bishop Terence P. Rhone of Mount Sinai Church of God in Christ in Pomona will preach at the 11 a.m. worship. The New Antioch Men’s Chorus and Praise and Worship Team will minister in song during both services.

“We would like to extend a special invitation to everyone to come and fellowship with us as we celebrate with the men of New Antioch Church of God in Christ,” said Superintendent Jeffrey M. Lewis, senior pastor.
