Tragniew Park received a major upgrade due to the efforts of Milwaukee Bucks point guard Brandon Jennings, who is from Compton.

Milwaukee Bucks point guard teams up with the Good Tidings Foundation to run basketball clinic with the kids of Compton and celebrate the re-opening of Tragniew Park.

Jennings spends his summers fixing up basketball courts in his native Compton community.  This summer’s court is in Tragniew Park, located across the street from the day care Jennings attended as a child.  Jennings partnered with the Good Tidings Foundation (, an organization that creates original projects to increase access to enriching opportunities for deserving youth.

Jennings hosted over 150 kids from the Compton community in a basketball clinic as part of the celebration.

Last year, Jennings refurbished Rowley Park in the Gardena neighborhood.
