Stanford’s David Shaw and Utah’s Kyle Whittingham are a pair of the best college football head coaches. Both have taken Stanford and Utah (respectively) a number of other top bowl games. Shaw got Stanford to the 2016 Rose Bowl. Whittingham and Shaw are expected to continue their winning in 2017.
