The Music & Media Conference takes place on Friday, Feb. 2, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., at the Sole Folks location, 4317 Degnan Blvd., in the Leimert Park Village district of Los Angeles.

Billed as an interactive live event, the program will highlight the top music and entertainment talent in the industry, according to Kristian “Khrissy” Briscoe, conference creator and industry influencer.

Also, the conference will feature professional producers, radio personalities, deejays, radio show host, social media influencers, artist managers, and different genre of artists as well as prizes and giveaways.

“This event is all about helping aspiring individuals learn through music education and networking in whatever way we can,” Briscoe.

“I hope to contribute even more to the music process here in South L.A. with emerging artists and help Los Angeles’ music scene by continuing to host this event annually.”

The agenda includes a panel discussion covering “Women–N–Music & Media” and “Men–N–Music & Media.” In addition, renowned artists in the music, media and entertainment industry will perform live.

Panelists include, Loren Lorosa, seen on “TMZ” and “The Breakfast Club;” Kenny

Hamilton, music executive; Courtney Bee, comedian, “Wild N Out,” “The Daily Cannon Show,” and Lefty, A&R exec at Roc Nation.  The producer listening segment will feature DJ Battlecat as the guest judge.

Other guests include, Buzy Baker, journalist; Demi Lobo, deejay and digital creator; and the R&B lounge performances by Jake & Papa, Davion Farris, Sha’leah Nikole and other emerging artists.
