In celebration of the 10th Anniversary of the View Park, Windsor Hills, View Heights, and Ladera Heights bi-annual Garden Tour, there will be a host of activities for garden aficionados, adults, and children. Scheduled throughout the day will be drumming at one of the gardens, and potting classes, a children’s play area, plant swap, food, music, and giveaways at the vendor park.
Blooms with a View, organized by Inspired Garden Artistry, a small group of involved neighbors, began in 2000 with the goal of beautifying the community and inspiring residents and guests to get in touch with nature and their inner gardener.
Nine unique gardens will be featured this year. Residents of View Park, Windsor Hills, View Heights, and Ladera Heights, will open their gardens to the public to share their love of nature and creative expression during the 10th Anniversary of this bi-annual spring garden tour; one of the longest running resident-sponsored community events in the View Park and Windsor Hills area.
This year’s tour is scheduled Sunday, May 3, 2020. The vendor park will kick-off the event beginning at 10 a.m. at Monteith Park, 4616 S. Mullen Avenue, View Park, CA, 90043, with family activities, food, and music. The garden tour is scheduled from noon to 5 p.m.
Presale tickets are available for $25 through April 19th. Tickets will sell for $30 from April 19th through the day of the event. Tickets can be purchased at www.inspiredgardenartistry.com or the vendor park the day of the event.
