Christiana Dolor was born on November 11, in San Pedro, California to Cresanto Dolor and Helen Bertrand. She departed her loving family on Saturday, August 19, 2023, after being blessed with a long and beautiful life.
As a talented public relations specialist who could charm the world with her written word, Ms. Dolor enjoyed a variety of employment in her lifetime. She worked with LAPD’s Personnel Department, Mayor Tom Bradley’s office, LA Mart, Sickle Cell Foundation, and Inglewood Teachers Association.
Ms. Dolor was a lifelong member of The Regalettes, Inc., and faithfully served in several capacities within the organization. She also had relationships with several other organizations including Links Incorporated.
She leaves to cherish her memories, daughter, Deon Dolor Pitts; son, Damian Dolor Pitts; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends who were lucky enough to be graced by her light.
Funeral Services for Ms. Dolor will be held on Wednesday, September 27, at 12:30 p.m., in the Chapel of the Risen Christ at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery and Mortuary, located at 5835 W. Slauson Avenue in Culver.
