In a ceremonial gathering at Morehouse College’s esteemed Martin Luther King Chapel, Dr. Emcee N.I.C.E. was presented with his second Honorary Doctorate in Humanitarianism by the Global International Alliance.

The event included several prominent guests including Dr. Jekalyn Carr, Majesty Dr. King Yahweh, Dr. Debra Tyler-Horton from AARP, Mayor Dr. Cashenna A. Cross, Ambassador Dr. Forrest Tuff, Dr. Andre Gates, and Wild ‘N Out’s Pretty Vee.

According to a spokesperson, “This accolade is a testament to Dr. N.I.C.E.’s unwavering commitment to humanitarian causes across the globe, and it marks an important milestone in his career. His influential role in both the music industry and community activism has positioned him as a major advocate for worldwide societal improvement.”

Dr. Aulsondro “Novelist” Hamilton, also known as Emcee N.I.C.E., has impacted the Christian Hip Hop and Gospel music scenes for over three decades, achieving numerous #1 hits, a Stellar Award, and many other honors. His creative achievements include founding “Da Jammies,” an innovative animated series on Netflix that celebrates African American and Latin cultures, and formerly serving as vice chancellor at a university in Compton, California.

Hamilton, who holds a Ph.D. in Music Business & Entrepreneurship from Harvest Christian University, also is an author, inventor, and proponent of educational endeavors. His work has been recognized with a Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award and induction into the Gospel Hip Hop/Christian Hip Hop Hall of Fame.

He has also been honored with resolutions from El Paso County’s Commissioner David Stout, Senator Cesar Blanco, and Compton’s Mayor Emma Sharif, celebrating his significant contributions to music, education, and community development.
