
It operates from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, and is staffed by the same banking team that ran the Altadena financial center before the fires. The bank also this week placed a mobile ATM unit at 532 Palisades Drive to serve Pacific Palisades clients.

Bank of America has also asked President of Business Banking Raul A. Anaya to dedicate his fulltime focus to oversee the bank’s comprehensive response and rebuilding efforts for greater Los Angeles. Anaya, who also serves as Bank of America Los Angeles president, will formalize and lead a dedicated group of Bank of America teammates in addressing the end-to-end, long-term needs of clients, employees, and local communities.
This unprecedented move speaks to the importance of Los Angeles to Bank of America, which has been in Los Angeles for over 110 years, and comes following the bank’s early deployment of $2 million of philanthropic support locally, including a $1 million grant to the American Red Cross (ARC), as well as $500,000 contributions to both the LA Regional Food Bank and the LA Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
