Las Vegas—Queen of Soul Aretha Franklin must reschedule her upcoming concert engagement at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas due to exhaustion.

Ms. Franklin regretfully must reschedule her August 14 show  after driving 2,100 miles on her tour bus from her home in Detroit to the West Coast where she performed three sold-out, powerful concerts in Los Angeles, Santa Barbara and Oakland.

“I thank all of my fans, friends and supporters who bought tickets. I hope to see you all soon,” Ms. Franklin said in a press statement. “I extend my sincerest regrets to Caesars.”
