A production of “How I Got Over” by Kosmond Russell will be presented at Mount Sinai Church of God in Christ, on Sunday, Feb. 25, at 5 p.m.
The enlightening play, which features Patricia Belcher, shares little-known facts about Black History. The production also includes music, dancing, drama, and videos. Admission is free to the public.

Russell is an NAACP-award winning playwright who penned “The Message,” “The Visit,” “Labor of Love,” and “The Marriage.” Bishop Terence and Lady Elizabeth Rhone are the spiritual leaders of Mt. Sinai COGIC, located at 936 W. 9th St., in Pomona.
