Menopause is a significant benchmark, marking a women’s development and wholeness of self. Since 2019, Wisepause has been the mecca for women across the nation to connect and have transparent conversations about the unraveling of a new chapter of life.

On Saturday, Sept. 9, women will gather at Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles,  WisePause Wellness encourages women who desire to improve their midlife welfare; specialists dissect the symptoms and provide priceless insights to traverse this transforming stage of life.

“As women go through this stage in life, those hormonal ups and downs can really throw a curveball at their well-being. So, we created this event to take a more holistic approach. Our goal is to help women wrap their head around those hormone-related changes during perimenopause and menopause in a way that’s all about boosting their overall wellness,” Says Denise Pines, WisePause Wellness Founder.

Throughout the day, more than 30 eminent leaders on women’s health will facilitate lively seminars, educational panels, and interactive discussions. The event includes: Iyanla Vanzant, an inspirational speaker, author, and television personality will guide the audience through a potent tapping practice to reduce stress and reclaim their power.

At the After Party, guests can indulge in massages, facials, reiki sessions, and other services while sipping wine and eating tapas.

“This is one of those issues where there’s such a taboo for so long and women feel ashamed and embarrassed about talking about it, and men are uncomfortable even mouthing the word,” Pines continued, “It sort of kept the progress of health and wellness solutions completely stagnant.” Wisepause is the catalyst to a chronic issue of silence behind a natural part of life.
