Missing L.A. County Voter Names Blamed on Software Bug

The Los Angeles Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk said roster problem ultimately affected approximately 12,000 voters who went to the polls and had to cast provisional ballots, which were processed and counted as part of the official election results.
