Ulmer, pastor of Faithful Central Bible Church in Inglewood, will be among the next iteration of leaders of the E21 USA Cabinet. What is your name and what is your ministry?  Angela M. Evans, president and CEO of Crenshaw Christian Center. How long have you been in this ministry and how did you get started in it? I’ve just celebrated 42 years with the ministry. My service began while I was taking courses in secretarial science at West Los Angeles College with plans to transfer to a four-year university to major in business administration. In the midst of that, “my dad,” who was the pastor of Crenshaw Christian Center, presented an employment opportunity for me to be the church secretary, and of
