President Biden Makes History by Nominating Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson as the First Black Woman to serve on the Supreme Court

President Joseph R. Biden announced his first nominee to the Supreme Court on Friday, fulfilling a campaign promise to appoint the first Black woman to the high court.
