Bass Appoints New Chief Housing and Homelessness Officer

Lourdes Castro Ramírez, secretary of the California Business, Consumer Services and Housing Agency, will take over the position as chief housing and homelessness officer, Los Angeles announced Mayor Karen Bass on Oct. 2.
