Curry Temple CME Church will celebrate its 55th anniversary on Sunday, May 15, in the sanctuary located at 322 Rosecrans Ave., in Compton. Pastor Joseph C. Gardner, Sr., who will preach at 9:30 a.m., said, “The greater Los Angeles community is invited to join us in observing this significant milestone in the life of our church.
