The Fashion Legacy Association for Industry Recognition (FLAIR, Inc.) hosted their #OOTD, charity fashion show reflecting its theme of “The Jazz Age of Fashion,” a VIP reception and dinner on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at the California African American Museum (CAAM).
