Mother’s Day is May 12 and the observance usually means gifts and enjoyment for women who serve in that role. Unfortunately, in these troubled times, some women are facing overwhelming troubles and obstacles in their lives, which makes it hard to celebrate in the midst of their situation. The L.A. Raising children in a world of school shootings, cyber bulling, police encounters and drug abuse could make one fearful to let youngsters out of the house. Star-Studded L.A. Focus’ 18th First Ladies High Tea was a ‘Grand Affair’

The 18th L.A. Focus’ First Ladies High Tea held recently at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills was a grand affair. Over 1,000 attendees were blessed to witness a star-studded event as the women wore their Sunday Best Hats to top it all off. L.A.
