Curry Temple CME Plans Men and Women’s Day

Annual Men’s and Women’s Day is set for Sunday, September 18, at Curry Temple Christian Methodist Episcopal Church, 322 West Rosecrans Ave., in Compton. The theme is “Men and Women of Honor” and Deuteronomy 26:18 is the scriptural reference. Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Snead and Mr. and Mrs. Elliott J. White are the program co-chairs. Pastor Joseph C. Gardner, Sr., will preach at the 9:30 a.m. worship service. At 3 p.m., Shannon and Dionne Faulk will bring the message.
